About Me

I'm a marketing leader who's spent the last decade helping brands find their voice, and then say something worth listening to.

My path here wasn't a straight line. I started out as one of the youngest Chief Clerks in Texas Senate history, coordinating committee work between elected officials and the people they represented. Turns out that job taught me the same thing I do now: take something complicated, and help people actually understand it and take action.

Since then I've led marketing for a law firm, a western lifestyle brand portfolio, and a multi-state equipment company, building brand strategy, launching new business lines, and writing everything from client letters to national ad campaigns along the way. I've partnered with organizations like the Dallas Cowboys, the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and Cook Children's, and led creative teams whose work picked up multiple Addy, Telly, and Muse Awards.

What ties it together: I like sitting at the intersection of strategy and story. I care about getting the facts right and the tone even more right — especially when the subject matter is dense, technical, or emotionally loaded, like most of what I write today.

This portfolio is a sample of that range - from legal client communications to national product launches. Take a look around.
